This is the bestseller Offset Smoker in my lineup.
120 Gallons of coking chamber volume allows you to smoke up to about 10 briskets with the optional top grates.
The main grate is built as a drawer and has retainers so it does not collapse with the weight.
They are finished with Linseed Oil and ready to live in the weather for years.

Built in the Pacific Northwest out of 1/4″ wall mild steel steel.
This smoker has a 60″ cooking chamber and a 24″ firebox all in 24″ diameter.
The stack is 5″ pipe 48″ tall (different sizes available) and is bolted to the collector so that it can be quickly removed for transportation.
The main cooking grate sits at about 37″ from ground with the optional Casters (recommended), other wise sits at 30″.
The smoker comes standard with a bottom shelf (frame) made out of steel and reclaimed decking lumber. You can opt for expandable steel instead of reclaimed wood for an additional fee.
As an option you can choose my Patent Pending WFS (Water Filling System) that let you fill the water pan during cooking without opening the door. It also has a indicator to let you know how full is your water pan.
At this time I can provide pickup, local delivery (for an additional fee up to 100 miles) and shipping via freight or your choice if you have a better deal.
Turnaround is about 90 days.
