From reclaimed propane tanks (that I can source or you can provide) to larger pits everything is possible in metal fabrication so just send me an inquiry with your ideas and we will go from there.
You can this to any of my 24″ diameter smokers, it bolts straight on.
It is a 48″ tall stack that has a section where you can vertically smoke sausage or ribs.
The sausage smoker active chamber is 12″ diameter by 24″ length and has the usual 1/4″ wall.
