250 Gallon Offset Smoker – Heavy-Duty, Custom Built in the SOCAL
This 250 gallon offset smoker is the largest standard model in my lineup, designed for serious pitmasters who need
maximum capacity, thermal stability, and long-term durability without stepping into a fully custom one-off build.
With 250 gallons of cooking chamber volume, this smoker can handle
up to 20 briskets with the optional top grates, making it ideal for
large backyard cooks, catering operations, BBQ events, and competition use.
Built for Strength, Capacity, and Consistent Performance
The main cooking grate is built as a full-extension drawer and reinforced with retainers, ensuring it will not collapse
even under heavy loads. The entire smoker is fabricated from
1/4″ wall mild steel, providing excellent heat retention and predictable airflow
during long cooks.
All smokers are finished with linseed oil, allowing them to live outdoors and develop character
while remaining protected from the elements for years of use.

- Patent-pending WFS (Water Filling System)
Allows you to fill the water pan during cooking without opening the door, with a built-in indicator showing the water level. - Top cooking grates for increased cooking capacity
- Heavy-duty casters for mobility
- Bottom frame shelf, similar to the Pigghy 90 and 120 models
- Stack size and layout variations
